Product Recommendation – Fabjob Guide to Becoming a Motivational Speaker

Become a Motivational Speaker FabJob Guide to Become a Motivational Speaker
Where to buy: www.fabjob.com
Review by: ACMom

If you like public speaking and are good at it, you might have thought about becoming a motivational speaker for a living. Being a motivational speaker can be quite exciting, especially when you see your audience hanging on your very words. You might talk in front of a group of students talking about drug and alcohol abuse or a group of adults talking about overcoming life’s obstacles. It is your motivational speech that might make the difference for people.

FabJob Guide to Become a Motivational Speaker is an instantly downloadable book from fabjob.co and it’s for anybody wanting to break into the motivational speaking market. It starts off by introducing the job and the benefits of a speaking career. You learn about how to find the right topics, how to find an area of expertise and how to develop it further and how to identify target audiences. You can either write your own speech or hire a speechwriter to do it for you. If you hire a speechwriter, what are the costs involved etc. A good speaker – to stay competitive – still needs to improve their skills. The book gives you plenty of good advice on how to do this.

A large part of the book is dedicated to how to start your own business and how to get hired. Learn about legal matters, finances, producing demo materials to prospect employers and other related topics, including pay rates.

In addition to the ebook format, which you can have within minutes, Fabjob.com also has a limited number of copies of a 2-in-1 print book and CD-ROM set (includes sample checklists, forms, contract, and more). The previous edition sold out, so order today to avoid disappointment.

The book includes many document samples, which I think is very helpful for somebody starting out. Some of the sample documents are a Rate Sheet, Evaluation form and a Contract. In addition, all the samples from the book are also on the included CD-Rom, which makes them quick and easy to print off and use.

If you are looking to become a motivational speaker and start up your own business, this book certainly has lots of great and invaluable advice. I would certainly recommend it to anybody wanting to explore this job in more detail.

A NEW Way of BEING

If you watch the video in this link, you will be moved, inspired, and transformed:

Here’s the story behind this:

If you’re not familiar with John Harricharan, let me tell you a bit about him.

There’s an old saying: “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.”

John is one of these guys that “appears” during such a time: When you’re ready to learn some of the deepest secrets of life.

John has helped thousands upon thousands of people discover the true secret of creating success in your life, effortlessly, with joy and happiness.
John Harrichan’s message is about a NEW way of BEING

What John has to share with you is quite profound. You see, most of us are taught that to live an incredible life, one must DO certain things.

Yes – this is true, somewhat, however in reality, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

The reality is this… success, abundance, prosperity, these are all WAYS OF BEING.

Let me ask you this…

Have you ever wondered why some people’s lives seem to flow almost seamlessly? As if  everything they touch turns into gold, abundance in all forms surrounds them all the time, in the form of friends, health, relationships, and money.

While others seem to constantly “struggle,” and have the same problems come into their lives day after day, month after month, year after year?

Most people struggle to achieve success… Most people struggle, period, without the “success” at all.

In fact, “struggling” is almost like a disease that most of us get “infected” with very early in our lives.

What would it be like if you could tap into a power that allowed you to effortlessly create success and abundance in any area of your life? What if you could attract what you wanted into your life, instead of having to chase it all the time?

As John says, all these amazing things are all really just “side-effects” that happen in your life when you tap into a new way of being.

Here’s what I recommend you do right now

Very soon, John and a good friend of his, Kacper Postawski, are putting on a very special event called: “Begin A New Way Of Being”

During this event, you’ll see how to get deeply grounded in this way of “being” – so that you too can create incredible success in life – by being in alignment with Universal Laws and Principles, to experience success as a birth-right, as a natural part of your life that “just comes to you” –  instead of effort & struggle.

Prior to the event, John & Kacper are publishing some incredible, life-changing video presentations that will help you tremendously in experiencing this new way of being.

Click here to watch the first of these videos, and find out more about the event.

Top Five Tips to Transform Your Overall Well-Being

When we want to make changes in ourselves, it can seem like an overwhelming task.

Where do we begin?

Start with the most important and pressing matters.

Here are some top tips for transforming your overall well-being.

Before you do anything, make a list. This list will help you to prioritize your life. Most of us simply say that we need a total overhaul, but there have to be some specifics or we won’t even get past square one. Look at what is most affecting you right now that needs to change. This will be the first step.

* Take it slow – Changes don’t come overnight. It took a lifetime to develop those habits that led to where you are now. It won’t take a lifetime to sort it out but it will take some time. Understand that you will have setbacks, but that doesn’t mean that you have failed and should give up. Pick yourself up and get moving again.

* Try a 30-day life makeover – They say that it takes about two weeks to make or break a habit. So, in 30 days, you will have it down pat. Whatever you decide to change about yourself, a month gives you enough time to see if the changes will stick and if they are right for you. Here are a couple of books to help you in this process: 30-Day Bootcamp: Your Ultimate Life Makeover and The Great Life Makeover

* Watch what you eat – One of the great pleasures in life is eating food. Eating good foods will strengthen your body and your mind. It is one key to better health and outlook on life. Wean yourself off of certain unhealthy foods a little at a time until you don’t want to eat them anymore or can handle them in moderation once in a while.

* Begin an exercise program – Exercise not only helps you look better but also increases concentration and a sense of wellbeing. Endorphins are released to elevate your mood like a great pick-me-up just when you need it. Start off with a simple exercise like walking and then add in strength training to tone muscles and prevent bone loss.

* Develop a daily regimen – We often lack order in our lives. We get up at different times and go to sleep whenever we fall into bed. Sleep is the restorative phase of our lives. The body has time to process what has happened during the day and also repair our bodies. When we don’t get enough sleep, stress begins to affect us and not in a good way. No matter whatever else is going on, decide to get up and go to bed at the same time as a routine. You will learn to prioritize your day to get the rest and relaxation that you need.

These are but a few tips to get you going on your transformation project. Remember to give it time and to change one aspect of your life at a time.

Which Works Better – Subliminal MP3s or Hypnosis MP3s?

Hypnosis has strong ties to personal development, as it is both an effective and powerful way to make positive and lasting changes within your mind. But it is getting some competition from an increasingly popular tool – subliminal messaging. Here are a few of the advantages and disadvantages of each method.

Hypnosis: A very traditional form of personal development, which is well documented as well as well accepted and proven. It is often really powerful, and can provide instant results after just one session. Many people enjoy hypnosis and report significant positive changes. Users say it stimulates the subconscious mind and, after coming out of the hypnotic “trance,” they feel invigorated and ready for anything. Hypnosis mp3 sessions generally take between 30 minutes to an hour out of your day.

Subliminal Messaging has been getting increasingly well-known over the past 5 years or so and is growing in credibility due to success stories and people sharing experiences around the Internet. Just like hypnosis, subliminal audio sends positive statements and messages directly into your subconscious mind. This is how you are able to make powerful changes to your beliefs and patterns of thinking. The main advantage it has over hypnosis though is that you can listen while doing other things.

You will never enter a trance-like state, so you can use it while you study, work, exercise, and – of course – while you sleep. The changes can be more gradual, as the subliminal messages build within your mind, but this would still be within a couple of weeks which is still quite a good time-frame to achieve a lasting internal change.

In the end there isn’t really a single “best method,” it is really about personal choice. And you may wish to combine both hypnosis methods and subliminal methods.

What works really well for one person could not be so great for someone else. We all vary in the different ways we store and process information.

Why don’t you try being the judge? You can try 3 FREE and potentially life changing albums here. This way you can experience it risk-free, and see how you personally respond to the method. If it brings positive results, try the various subliminal albums, from law of attraction albums to albums for charisma, financial success, sports excellence and more.

How to be an optimist

Do you ever wonder how some people manage to bounce through their life without seeming to have a care in the world? When you see someone who is consistently looking at life in a positive way, it doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t have any worries. It simply means they have learned the skill of being an optimist and looking at the silver lining of most situations. They have learned optimism.

Being an optimist doesn’t come easy for all of us, and often it’s a skill that really needs to be worked at. However, with a little practice and patience you too can start looking at the brighter side of life. Here are a few ideas to help you get started:

#1 – Think “it’s just a mood.” Sometimes you really do have problems that need to be taken care of. But other times when you feel low, you may simply be experience a temporary feeling. It’s a good idea to look at your worries or feelings and think “is this just a mood or do I really have a problem to worry about?”

By learning to separate our moods and feelings from actual problems, we learn to accept that we feel low but that it is just a feeling and it will soon pass. And the more you can avoid ruminating on your bad mood, the sooner it will do so.

#2 – Smile more. Sometimes all it takes is a smile to change your mood. Make it a point to smile at least several times a day – at your children, friends or even strangers. A smile will most likely get another smile in return which will help to boost your overall mood and good feelings.

So even if you’re having a bad day or feeling a little down, try smiling for a while. Accept your feelings and take strength in that you still have control over the outcome of your mood. Smiling will help you gain that control.

#3 – Wake up on the right side of the bed. Optimists wake up and think “today is going to be a good day.” While this may seem easier said than done, it is possible with a little practice. Before you go to bed each night, think about how you will feel the next morning. Imagine yourself waking up happy and full of energy, ready to face your day.

If this is the last feeling you experience before you fall asleep, chances are you will be in a good mood when you wake the following morning. Take a few minutes each night to do this simple exercise and notice how you feel the following morning.

#4 – Keep a gratitude journal. Sometimes we have to be visually reminded of all the good things we have in life. By keeping a gratitude journal you acknowledge the things you are grateful for in life, and this in turn leads to an overall positive outlook.

Start by writing down the obvious simple (but significant) things, like your health, your family, your home, etc. Then go on to more specific things as you feel necessary. This is your journal to express yourself however you feel fit.

#5 – Don’t let others guide your mood. If you go into the grocery store and the lady behind the counter is rude to you, don’t let that get you down. Simply think maybe that person is having a bad day or is dealing with some personal issues.

The best way to stay optimistic is to not let negative people or their problems rub off on you. Accept that not everyone will be in a good mood but that this does not have to dictate the state of your mood. By taking control of your moods little and often, you’ll develop a confidence that will lead to overall optimism.

It’s not easy to be optimistic all the time, and we all have challenging times in life. However, by accepting that we cannot change certain things but that we can somewhat control our moods, you’ve made the first step to a more positive, optimistic you.

10 Wishes, by Marci Shimoff

Today is my birthday (52, but who’s counting!). Do you remember the childhood excitement of celebrating a birthday? Perhaps my favorite part was making a wish and blowing out the candles. I never doubted my wish would come true, and it always felt like magic!

This weekend I got a blast from the past when my whole family gathered for an early birthday celebration in my mother’s home. We sat around the same dining room table (circa 1954) as we had done so many times in the past.

As the cake came out and everyone sang to me, I was so excited to get to make a wish and blow out the candles (they kindly included only seven). I felt like I was 7 years old again, getting to wish for ANYTHING I wanted–and have it!

Wishes are magic. They are the energetic opening to life’s full potential–they open your heart to possibilities. Unlike goals, wishes are your fantasy dreams. You can hold them more lightly than goals. They put you in a childhood place of innocence. Being in touch with your heart’s desires is a way to connect more deeply with yourself.

Birthdays remind us that our days on earth are numbered. Some Eastern traditions believe we are given a specific number of breaths at the time of our birth, which inspires me to make the most of each day, even each moment. As Jonathan Swift said, “May you live all the days of your life.”

It’s easy to take our days for granted and spend them carelessly, as if they were an unlimited resource. What if instead we cherished each one, even treating it as we would our last?

A dear friend of mine passed away unexpectedly in October. I’m still trying to absorb the loss and the simple fact that I will not see him again in this lifetime or hear his unique laugh or goofy jokes. With each passing year we feel the richness of this life more intensely. We realize life is a gift–one with a non-negotiable expiration date!

This year I wish to make each day as full to the brim as possible. One of my early spiritual teachers said we should write down ten wishes on our birthday, because on this date the planets align for us, and our wishes are 1,000 times more powerful than on any other day of the year.

Writing down your wishes can be freeing–and you can be happy just thinking about them. Will you join me now? Remove all limits. Open your heart and believe again.

Here all’s you do:

Write 10 wishes for the year. If you could have anything, what would you wish for?
Post your wishes where you will see them every day. Remind yourself that you deserve they all come true.
Every morning ask yourself: What would I do today if I knew it was my last day on earth? Then do it!

Today I’m celebrating in Tumbes, Peru, where I’ll be speaking tomorrow, and I’m about to go off to the beach to write my wish list. It’s sure to include: appear on Dancing with the Stars, learn how to sing in tune, and complete a fabulous manuscript for Love for No Reason (that’s definitely a goal, too).

At the top of my list is my wish for you…

I wish you great happiness, health, and well-being and a life overflowing with the fulfillment of your wishes to your heart’s content. Most of all, may you be happy for no reason every day of your life!

Happy Day to you,

How to Change a Bad Habit: 5 Steps for Lasting Success

Whether you bite your nails or eat too much chocolate, chances are you’re living with a bad habit that you want to kick.

Habits are behaviors that come naturally to us, so it can sometimes be difficult to give them up even if we know they are bad for us. However, with patience and a plan you can be sure that your bad habits will change.

1. First, you need to take stock of how serious you are about changing the habit. You need to be committed if you want the bad habit to change. If you need more motivation, think of all of the problems that the bad habit is causing in your life.

Make a list on paper of all of the ways your life will be better once you stop the bad habit. For example, if you stop eating so much chocolate, maybe you’ll lose weight, sleep better and have more of an appetite for heathier foods.  You may also save money by not buying so much chocolate. Think about all of the benefits and write down as many as you can think of.

2. Next, start keeping track of how often you’re taking part on the bad habit. Take a small notebook with you and write down your actions. Also write down what happens just before you find yourself taking part in the bad habit. For example, you get a large project at work and start biting your nails. You get stuck in traffic and have a craving for a cigarette. By writing down when you take part in the habit or when you want to take part in the habit, you are building your awareness of your motivation behind the habit.

3. Now ask yourself what the habit is doing for you.
Is it helping you deal with stress? Is it helping you overcome boredom or release anxiety? Is it helping you release anger? Many of us form habits from one or more of these reasons.

4. After you identify the reason, you can come up with different alternative behaviors that will accomplish the same thing. Instead of eating chocolate when you are stressed out, you can practice some deep breathing techniques. When you are bored, try some brain games or read a book.

5. After you’ve decided on your alternative behaviors, you need to incorporate them into your daily life. Try to catch yourself when you are about to do the bad habit or are already doing it. Stop yourself and start the alternative behavior. It may be hard at first, but, with time, you’ll be able to replace your old habit with the new one. With practice, you’ll get better and better.

You can break the bad habit with support from friends and family. Let them know you are trying to stop your habit and then they can help remind you about your alternative behavior. The social support will make a big difference in your success.

You might also want to consider hypnosis for changing bad habits. Weight Loss hypnosis programs have helped people achieve success, and there are many other hypnosis program titles to choose from. Check out these titles from The Hypnosis Network and see if they can help you break your bad habit.
